Instruction/Lessons
As a saxophonist, I’ve had and the privilege of teaching private lessons for almost as decade ranging from beginners to college. As well, as a public school instructor in both metropolitan and rural areas, I have had experience both preparing bands for performances and teaching skills. Finally as a musician, I have had the opportunity to clinic and adjudicate various event and auditions for both middle school and high school.

Resources/Books
As an educator, I enjoy studying how students learn and what skills will help them be successful. I have spent the last ten years developing exercises that are specific and measurable that I have successfully guided students through. Be instrument-specific, jazz improvisation, audition preparation, or middle school skills, I have had much success help students reach the next level in their playing and performance.
